East Village Ski Condo Overview
East Village will be a premier destination for those in search of a world-class alpine experience. The village will feature an array of luxury and lifestyle-branded hotels, as well as over 1000 private residences, including estate lots and luxury condominiums, all of which will provide the perfect retreat after a day of outdoor activities. The resort base is located along Highway 40 and is a 40 minute, highway-only drive from Salt Lake City Airport and a short 10 minute drive to Old Town Park City and Heber City.
East Village is in the early development phases with ski services expected to begin in the 2024-2025 ski season. There are three developments under active development and selling real estate: estate lots in Marcella, townhome and single family home Velvaere, and the ski condo Grand Hyatt Deer Valley. The village will see rapid development for years to come and it has Park City abuzz. The ski condo pickings are small today but they are choice:
- Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is the first condominiums to be available at the base of the new East Village of Deer Valley. The 55 Residences will have one, two, three, and four bedroom floor plans and sits atop the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley hotel, which will feature 385 hotel rooms, conference and ballroom spaces, fitness center, restaurants, and more. Condominiums are currently for sale and are exptected to be completed in time for the 2024 ski season.
- Pioche Village is a new ski-in condo development adjacent to the Jordanelle Express Gondola, a very short drive from Deer Valley East Village. Pioche is home to over 400 condos spread across four buildings, with studios making up 70% of the units and one and two-bedroom units filling out the rest. Pioche Village offers a host of curated services and amenities, including a game room, pet washing stations, private underground parking, and fitness center. Condominiums are currently for sale and are being released in phases by building.
