Luxury Homesites
Marcella at Deer Valley is a gated community situated around the new Deer Valley East Village at Deer Valley Resort. The community consists of 150 ski in/out luxury homesites ranging in size from 0.25 – 8 acres. Maximum home size depends on the lot size and will lie between 3,500 to 8,000 sqare feet, with the larger lots supporting a casita. In a nice touch of flexibility, the developer elected to allow owners to use their own architect and builder.
Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge – Companion Resort
Marcella at Deer Valley is the first of a two development Marcella Club community. The companion development is called Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge located at the southern end of the Jordanelle Reservoir. Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge is the golf community for Marcella Club and is based aroud two 18 hole courses – including the Tiger Woods designed championship course. Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge is expected to begin marketing golf homesites in 2025.

Marcella is a members only club. Owning a luxury homesite in Marcella at Deer Valley grants you a membership in the Marcella Club; of which, there will only be 500 total. Membership automatically transfer with a change of homesite ownership. Club amenities are among the best in Park City with the ski oriented, on-mountain Marcella Lodge, two incredible championship golf courses, and the fine dining and entertaining oriented Marcella on Main.

Tiger Woods designed championship golf experience
The Marcella at Joranelle Ridge based 36 hole golf facility features the first Tiger Woods designed golf course in the Mountain West. The views are dramatic with Uinta and Wasatch mountain views while overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir, Heber Valley, and Deer Valley ski resort. The goal is to develop a golf experience fit for all experience levels.
Marcella Lodge
Deer Valley basecamp for ski and trail adventures
The luxurious Marcella Lodge will be located at the East Village base of Deer Valley Ski Resort. Designed by the world renowned architectural firm of Olson Kundig, this clubhouse will feature ski in/out conceierge services, indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, yoga studio, a family friendly arcade, and a golf simulator. The Mountain Lodge will sport a large ski beach for midday relaxation or an end of ski day story telling. The Mountain Lodge clubhouse will serve as basecamp for skiing the slopes of Deer Valley or jumping off for summer trail adventure.
Marcella on Main
Main Street Park City fine dining and entertainment
Located on Main Street in the center of historic Park City's Old Town, Marcella on Main will offer fine dining and a private rooftop club and bar. The French brasserie restaurant will feature a James Beard award winning chef and his private chef's table. The Marcella on Main has something for everyone with a French patisseriie coffee shop, casual dining, and a skier's lounge.
