The Cabins will be become available for occurpancy in early 2024.
Luxury Residences
Velvaere will have a majority of luxury Residences that are twin homes, or paired homes as they like to refer to them. There will be six floor plans designed to fit uphill and downhill builds, differing views, and some with ski in/out access. There will be 68 luxury Residences, each with 4 – 5 bedrooms, 3.5 – 5.5 bathrooms, and range from 3,089 – 5,505 square feet. As with the Cabins, homes come with pre-selected interior design options and the exterior and landscaping is fully managed and maintained for a maintenance-free homeowner experience.
One unique feature to Velvaere Residences is each one will have a personal, private wellness sanctuary.
Residences are for sale now and initial units are expected to be completed min 2024.
Estate Homes and Lots
The ultimate Velvaere experience is one of the 35 Estate Homes, which sit on large lots ranging from 0.29 – 3.3 acres. The luxury homes will have custom curated floorplans with sizes between 6,000 – 8,500 square feet. The custom design will integrate interior & exterior wellness opportunities. All Estate lots are ski in/out!
Estate homes are expected to be available about 24 months after construction starts.

Adventure Center
Everyone comes to Park City for fun and excitement. At Velvaere, this starts at the 15,000 square foot Adventure Center that delivers on family fun with swimming pool, hot tubs, and game room. The center will also feature a full-service restaurant and grab-n-go market to keep the family fueled for skiing, biking, and hiking. Apres ski will be centered here with a rooftop bar and ski beach.
Looking for adventure beyond Deer Valley and Velvaere? The Velvaere Concierge is there to make recommendations and make reservations for your white water rafting, snow mobiling, ATV riding, fly fishing...oh the list goes on and on.
The adventure center should be online in 2025.
Wellness Center
Prepare to expand your concept of wellness facilities beyond yoga and meditation. The Velvaere Wellness Center will be a 20,000 square foot retreat from the ordinary. Cryotherapy, hyperbaric chamber, LightStem LED, floatation pool, IV treatments – and yoga and mediation. There are plans for onsite integrative medicine with nutritional programs, sleep programs, reflexology, and gender specific health.
Fitness activities will include meditation & mindfulness, breathwork, yoga, personal training, cycling, rowing, cardio, and strength training.
The Wellness Center should be operational by 2026.
Ski Access
A ski lift will be located within the community near the Adventure Center. The ski lift will provide direct access to the perennially top-rated Deer Valley ski resort during ski season and the 400+ miles of Park City trails for summer mountain biking, hiking, and trail running.
Community
Beyond the two world-class amenity centers, integrated in-residence wellness spaces, and your own ski lift, the community designers are adding integrating trails, outdoor play spaces, zen spaces like sculpture garden and music garden.
