Ski condo prices vary widely with newer developments generally providing more selection along with higher prices, such as Grand Hyatt Deer Valley and The Pendry. The least expensive ski condo is currently located in for $305,000 for a studio while the most expensive ski condo in Park City is $6,250,000 for a 3 bed, 3 bath, 2,683 square foot unit in .
