Neighborhoods

Tuhaye is a large community that continues to release new phases and add amenities. The recently released Painted Bluffs neighborhood represents the final new homesite release while The Residences at INDI Ridge represents the final 37 developer built homes. Cougar Moon

Surrounded by more than 100 acres of natural open space, Cougar Moon is a limited collection of custom homesites averaging one acre in size. A rare southern exposure ensures remarkable views, from Mount Timpanogos, the Uinta National Forest and Deer Valley to the shimmering waters of the Jordanelle Reservoir. Cougar Moon was released in 2022.

Dancing Sun

Named for the magic of its sunset skies, this limited collection of homesites mingles with lakes, ponds and the Jordanelle Reservoir—offering direct everyday panoramas of Deer Valley and Mount Timpanogos. Dancing Sun features the largest homesites in the development with lots ranging from 3.5 to nearly 40 acres each. These exclusive sites offer the most privacy in the entire community.

INDI Ridge

Perched high on a ridgeline embracing dramatic Deer Valley and Jordanelle Reservoir views, INDI Ridge is a limited collection of only 37 residences. King's Light

King's Light custom homesites are located south of the golf course and north of Cougar Moon – place the neighborhood in the central part of the community.

Lone Peak

Situated south of the Mark O'Meara design golf course and just above the Jordanelle Reservoir, Lone Peak is a 35 homesite neighborhood with highly desired. Rsouthern exposures. Homesites range in size from 0.5 acres to over 7 acres.

Moondance

Designed by Otto/Walker Architects, Moondance is a limited collection of only 20 mountain contemporary homes centrally located within the Talisker Club – Tuhaye community between the 7th, 8th and 9th holes of the Mark O’Meara Signature Championship golf course. Encircling the 3.4-acre Moondance Park, the neighborhood is conveniently situated within walking distance of The Village and community trail system.

Morningstar Homes

Morningstar Homes provide shared ownership, a more flexible approach to ownership for those who desire to call Talisker Club home for up to eight selected weeks out of the year. Each Morningstar homeowner has a 1/6 deeded interest in the property. Enjoy full membership privileges and exclusive usage of the entire home during scheduled reservation periods. Silent Creek

Sandwiched comforatably between the 12th, 16th, and 17th fairways, Silent Creek is conveniently located in central Tuhaye close to The Village. The neighborhood originally consisted of 25 custom homesites on the smaller side for Tuhaye.

Whispering Hawk

Designed by Reid Smith Architects, Whispering Hawk is a limited collection of 32 single-family homes situated within the Talisker Club – Tuhaye community between the 13th, 14th and 15th holes of the Mark O’Meara Signature Championship golf course. Featuring three distinct model designs, the natural light-filled homes showcase modern mountain architecture with open floorplans for comfortable living and easy entertaining with family and friends.

Building a Custom Home in Tuhaye

Tuhaye is a mix of developer supplied homes and homesites for buidling custom homes. Tuhaye designates building envelopes and requires all plans to be approved by the architectural committee. Owners have the option of working with the Tuhaye building team or hiring your own architect and contractor – providing owners maximum flexibility to build their dream estate.

Talisker Club

Four clubs in one

From a top-ranked 18-hole golf course, to spas and fitness centers, to a secluded backcountry yurt, to Main St dining – Talisker Club is one of the most highly amenitized private club communities in Park City.

Membership

Talisker Club is available to owners in Tuhaye. The initiation fee is $150,000 in 2023 though most lots purchased from the developer. Membership is required for Tuhaye owners so the club initiation fee will be an additional expense due at closing if one is not provided with the property.

Championship Golf

The Mark O’Meara-designed Signature Championship golf course debuted as one of Golf Digest’s Top 10 Best New Courses in America. At an elevation of about 7000 feet, expect your ball to really fly; which it is going to need to given the 7800 yards you’ll have to cover if playing from the tips. Locals that have played the course will tell you it's tough; real tough. As you would imagine playing mountain golf, there are elevation changes throughout yet gentle enough to make the course walkable. The course offers open vistas with the course layout featuring native bushes and scrub oak. The back nine is the more challenging portion with more challenging terrain features and the final holes finishing uphile.

Tower Club

The Talisker Club includes Tuhaye's sister property Empire Pass located at the top of Deer Valley. Tuhaye owner enjoy all the amenities located at the Tower Club.

Tower Club amenities include:

• Skiing: Tuhaye owners enjoy Deer Valley ski in/out via the Tower Club. Deer Valley is consistently top-rated ski resort in the US and will be expanding to become even better over the coming years.
• Full Service Spa: a calming place to renew and regenerate while the rest of the gang takes on the mountain
• Fitness Center: a state-of-the-art fitness center that is simply amazing with wet and dry saunas, wide array of fitness machines and weights, and challenging programs.

• Ski Valet

The Outpost

A private backcountry retreat located at the top of Deer Valley. Services include dining athe snow cat accessible Yurt, tubing, snowshoeing, snowmobile excursions, campfire dinners, archery, horseback riding, and so much more adventure at 9,000 feet.

Wildstar Kids Club

A kids only space that offers hiking, mountain biking and swimming, skiing, snowtubing and ice-skating, bowling, zoo visits and specialized fieldtrips. Keeping a lid on this is the full-time staff ensuring safe yet exciting fun is had by all.

Base Camp

Base Camp is an 18,000 square feet mountain-contemporary lodge setup for fun and adventure. The lodge will be equipped with multisport simulators, pinball, pool tables, and arcade games. A coffee bar will be pivotal to getting the necessary energy for a day of adventure. There will also be firepits and a threater. The resident Outfitter will help members plan and equip your backcountry adventures. The Field House is a multipurpose gym wher you can hoop it up, play pickleball indoors, take part in spin classes, and host events. And would you believe the Base Camp includes several bowling lanes.

The Playground

Tuhaye’s new central activity hub, The Playground, will be a place where you can do it all. Hit the tennis and pickleball courts for nonstop fun, or swing away on The Ridge short course.

• The Ridge – a 9-hole Par 3 Golf Course – Featuring nine approachable par-3 holes ranging from 65 to 160 yards, this short course is ideal for learning the game or sharpening skills. Imagine the nostalgia of walking, the camaraderie of good conversation, and your own playlist. With an open canvas of shots, flexible tee boxes, and less focus on par, the goal is to simply get the ball in the hole. The venue will also include a golf pavilion and 18-hole putting course.

Courchevel Bistro on Main St.

Courchevel is a unique and member favorite amenity located on Main Street in Park City's historic Old Town. Located in a two story historic building right in the heart of Old Town at the interection of Main St and Heber Ave. The top floor features the publicly accessible, French-European inspired cuisine of Corchevel Bistro. CNN Travel named Courchevel one of the World’s Best New Restaurants for 2020. And Wine Spectator added its prestigious Best of Award of Excellence in 2020, 2021, 2022 and again in 2023. Members also receive priority Bistro dining reservations and a 20% discount on food

Downstairs is members only with a private lounge, ski valet, bar, and outdoor patio. This is the space to meet friends before enjoying Sundance Film Festival, do the Art Gallery Stroll, or heading to your table for Savor the Summit. And best of all, you are just across the Main St from the Town Lift that will take you into the expansive Park City Mountain Resort.

Adventure Park (future)

Adjacent to the Dancing Sun neighborhood, this family park concept calls for outdoor decks surrounded by rock-climbing and a fishing pond with a beach entry, paddle-boarding and canoeing, not to mention access to Tuhaye’s miles of mountain bike trails and a slope for winter tubing.

Hot Creek Cabinet (future)

Located just off Deer Valley Bandana ski run between Red Cloud and Montage, Hot Creek Cabin is intended to be a welcome respite during your ski day. Stop in to warm up, grab a snack, or relax with a glass of wine. Plenty of deck space and heaters are part of the preliminary plans for this on-mountain gathering spot.
