Real estate in Park City golf communities includes expansive gated luxury communities and publicly accessible neighborhoods. The gated communities offer many great four season amenities for the entire family to enjoy, such as horse stables, shuttle service to the ski resorts and Old Town, pools, gyms, trails, and more. Club membership may be optional or required and in some cases you will need to join a waiting list. Buying from the developer will score you a free membership and possibly a year's of club fees.
