SkyRidge is a growing master planned community located on the north-west side of the Jordanelle and less than a mile from Deer Valley's Jordanelle Express Gondola and 2 miles from the new Deer Valley East Village at Deer Valley base area. The Skyridge developer offers 485 homesites ranging from 0.16 – 2 acres. At this point, you may purchase a homesite and build a custom home or select one of the new or existing luxury homes developed by an independent builder. Lot views vary and many have one or more Jordanelle Reservoir, Deer Valley ski run, and mountain views.
Skyridge is an amenity rich luxury community with an equestrian center, golf academy, shuttle to East Village and the Jordanelle Express Gondola, a clubhouse with pool and hottub, restaurant, and trails. See below for additional details.

Properties
SkyRidge is a master-planned community along the north-west side of the Jordanelle and will have 485 luxury homesites across 670 acres with 50% open space when completed. Homesite range in size from 0.16 – 2 acres and allow for homes sizes of 2,000 – 8,000 square feet. Lots larger than 0.5 acres have a miniumum footprint of 3,000 square feet. Property owners can select their own architects and builders. A number of homes are being developed and offered for sale by independent builders, which reduces complexity of owning in SkyRidge.
Future releases will include 150 additional lots and up to 50 cabins. The cabins will be single family residences expected to be sold turn key and will have their own HOA. The next lot release is expected to occur fall of 2024 and will be estate lots in the Pegasus subdivision.
Nightly rentals are allowed with a minimum rental period of 3 days.

Amenities
SkyRidge has a suprisingly strong amenity package equivalent to one of the larger gated, golf communities in the area. A huge amenity available to owners and guest is a complimentary shuttle serving the Deer Valley East Village and Jordanelle Express Gondola.
Open space
The developer allocated 50% of the 670 acre community as open space and includes playgrounds, grassy areas, picnic facilities, and trails for horse riding, biking, and walking. Consensus among the Park City crowd is the trails are quite nice.
Golf
The theStelle Golf facility will consist of an innovative three-hole course, driving range, golf simulators, putting greens and clubhouse. The facility is designed to offer views of Deer Valley Resort and the Jordanelle Reservoir. The three-hold course has a par three, four, and five holes and situated so it can be played as a nine-hold par-three course. The holes are designed to take maximimum advantage of the spectalar lake and mountain views. The golf academy will enable golfers to learn from PGA professionals using the latest technology, practice putting greens, the driving range, and the three hole course.
The driving range is 330-yard utilizing Toptracer technology. Special design features enable range utilization during the winter season with 15 heated hitting bays, below grade artificial tee line, and artificial target greens and bunders.
The Golf Clubhouse will have 3 Topgolf Swing Suite Simulators, a pro shop, and lifestyl center. Every golf course needs a "19th hole" and the clubhouse will have grocery cafe, restaurant, and iconic bar.
The golf facilities are privately owned and available to SkyRidge owners and the public – it is not part of the HOA.
SkyRidge Owners Clubhouse
The exclusive Owners Clubhouse will feature a lounge, fitness studio, resort style pool and hot tub, and a separate kids pool and family area. A poolside bar and grill will be available for taking advantage of the long Park City summer days.
Equestrian Center
Equestrian Center featuring an 18-stall barn, training facilities, indoor and outdoor arenas, pasture, washing and grooming areas, and dedicated equestrian trails.
The equestrian center is privately owned and available to SkyRidge owners and the public – it is not part of the HOA.
