The Luxton model

The Luxton model features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms comfortably situated on three levels and about 2,950 square feet. The primary suite, with its private balcony, and laundry are on their own level for privacy and comfort. The lower level hosts two additional bedrooms, storage, and a walkout patio. A two garage and ample storage are also included.

The Maven model

The Maven is the larger of the two models with four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms across three levels and around 3,245 square feet. The main level sits between two other levels and contains the open concept main room with the kitchen, dining, and family room – and the two car garage. Upstairs is the primary suite and 2 other bedrooms while the lower level has the 4th bedroom and second family room. The lower level has a walk out patio and the other two floors have nice balconies.

Amenities

Sage Hen is a small Mayflower townhome community that does not provide any resort style amenities, such as a pool, clubhouse, or shuttle. In return, owners get a low HOA montly fee as compared to many other new developments.

The ultimate Park City amenity is being close to a ski resort, the extensive Park City mountain trail system, and the Jordanelle Reservoir for summer-time fun like boating and picnicing. Sage Hen is ideally situated along the Jordanelle Parkway to easily access Deer Valley either through the Jordanelle Express Gondola or the East Village at Deer Valley – both within two miles. The Deer Valley East Village base area will also offer convenient access to the 400+ miles of Park City trails for mountain biking, trail running, or hiking. There are also trails sprinkled along the Jordanelle Parkway if you are looking for some trail adventure closer to home. Most homes will offer views of the Jordanelle and the main park entrance is a short trip around the corner.

Fortunately, there are some publicly available amenities in the nearby SkyRidge subdivision.

theStelle Golf at SkyRidge

The theStelle Golf facility will consist of an innovative three-hole course, driving range, golf simulators, putting greens and clubhouse. The facility is designed to offer views of Deer Valley Resort and the Jordanelle Reservoir. The three-hold course has a par three, four, and five holes and situated so it can be played as a nine-hold par-three course. The holes are designed to take maximimum advantage of the spectalar lake and mountain views. The golf academy will enable golfers to learn from PGA professionals using the latest technology, practice putting greens, the driving range, and the three hole course.

The driving range is 330-yard utilizing Toptracer technology. Special design features enable range utilization during the winter season with 15 heated hitting bays, below grade artificial tee line, and artificial target greens and bunders.

The Golf Clubhouse will have 3 Topgolf Swing Suite Simulators, a pro shop, and lifestyl center. Every golf course needs a "19th hole" and the clubhouse will have grocery cafe, restaurant, and iconic bar.

The golf facilities are privately owned and available to SkyRidge owners and the public – it is not part of the HOA.
