The condomiums are called Mayflower Lakeside Village and will contain 180 units when copmleted. There will be 15 buildings with 12 condos and each unit will be three bedrooms, two baths, and about 1,500 square feet of living space. Owners receieve one assigned covered parking spot and dedicated secure storage. Buildings thankfully have an elevator for easily accessing the three living levels and the garage.
The twin homes are referred to as Mayflower Lakeside Townhomes and will consist of 200 townhomes. The floorplans consist of four and five bedrooms and range in size from 2,500 to 3,850 square feet. All homes have 2 car garages and outdoor spaces. The floor plans are called Aspen, Birch, Cedar, and Dogwood.
