Simple question, complicated answer. Our price ranges accurately predict over 97% of all transactions – on and off-market. Good but we expect to do a lot better as we dig deeper and improve our pricing models.

To date, modeling new construction has been a low priority since builders rarely negotiate directly on price. You will likely have better luck negotiating a club membership, a year's HOA fees, or upgrades. So you can have some laughs at our expense when looking at new developments.

2. Personalization: Tracking favorites and managing messaging discussions means attaching this information to your profile. By connecting, you are creating a profile and this information will be maintained across sessions.
